Elegance on a Budget

This is an inclusive, value option for groups of 50-100 or more, utilizing our most popular and trusted vendors. This package is available Friday, Saturday, or Sunday during the daytime (8:30-10:30 am set up, 10:30 am-3:00 pm event), Monday through Thursday evenings (5:00-7:00 pm set up, 7:00-11:30 pm event) or short term dates (12 weeks prior to the event). Additional holiday staffing charges will apply for New Years Eve & July 4th.

The Elegance on a Budget package includes exclusive use of our gorgeous facility (2 hours of set up, 4 ½ hours of event time, 1 hour tear down), ceremony fee, rehearsal hour; tables, chairs, white chair covers, linen tablecloths (choose from 16 colors); unlimited ice & sodas with clear plastic disposable glasses, plates, white paper napkins & plastic silverware; event manager and event planning assistance; and a customized room set up. We strongly recommend you provide your own alcohol as it is a huge value to you.

Catering

The catering in this package includes your choice of three listed catering menus from our preferred catering companies that supply beautifully displayed, delicious food — all staff & bartender(s), gratuities, service fees, delivery and sales tax included.

Photographer

This includes All Digital Photography or Armitage Photography for up to 4 hours, approximately 500 digital images and ownership of all digital images on DVD. The photographer will contact you well in advance of your event to coordinate your photography needs and timeline.

Cake

A $350 credit for Nancy Best Cakes is included. This credit will cover most cake styles.

Drinks

Included in the package is your choice of six flavors / mixes, all set up and delivery fees from the Big Chill Frozen Drink Machine.

Florist

A $500 credit at Petals from Heaven or Statice Floral is included. This credit will normally cover bouquets, corsages & boutonnières.

Disc Jockey

An experienced DJ for up to 4.5 hours of event time and ceremony music is included. The DJ will contact you well before your event to personalize your musical selections, timelines, etc.

Upgrades

Add China & silverware for only $3 per person and unlimited glassware for only $4 per person.

*This package includes vendor gratuities — additional amounts for superior service are at your discretion
