The facility fee at the Chateaux includes the following:
- Exclusive use of the Chateaux facility, grounds & patios for up to 100 guests
- Event manager on site
- All tables and chairs, one table linen and napkins (15 colors to choose from), white chair covers (ivory – $1.75 each)
- All Plates, silverware, unlimited ice, sodas and glassware
- Event planning assistance & customized room set-up, luxurious bride and groom’s dressing rooms
- Room enhancements including white columns, lighted garland on all railings, trees and high chairs
- The flexibility to choose your own Chateaux approved caterer and other vendors, or choose our Deluxe Inclusive Package or Wedding Inclusive Package.

Ceremony Fee – $800
- The Ceremony fee is optional and not included in the facility fee. It includes 1/2 hour of additional event time, one hour of rehearsal time (scheduled on availability) with professional coordination, choice of Grand Hall or Outdoor Garden Gazebo (weather related changes are easily and beautifully accommodated), customized set up and unity candle table. The Chateaux sound system may not be used for ceremony or reception music.
Extra Guest Charge – $10 per person for parties of 100 or more
- Based on total confirmed guests (any guest who requires a seat) as of final RSVP date, unless more guests are in attendance.
Additional Time – $150 per half hour event time, $75 per half hour event set up time
- Additional event time is available at the end of evening events. Daytime events may add time with prior approval.
Versailles Room – $300 per hour, $500 for entire event (prices for Peak Times)
- Our Versailles Room (lower level) is a great option for “cocktail- hours” and/or supervised childcare.
Miscellaneous Information
- The Chateaux Grand Hall/Mezzanine has 6500 sq. feet event space capable of comfortably hosting groups of 50 to 300 seated guests
- A $750 ($1500 for All-Day Events and Inclusive Packages) booking fee/security deposit and a signed contract are required to firmly secure your date
- This deposit is cashed and held in addition to other fees, and refunded, less damages, approximately two weeks following the event
- The full facility fee is due 6 months prior to your event date
- Gratuities for our staff are never required, but if you feel that your event manager has done a superior job, gratuities are appreciated
- Homecomings and Quincenieras are limited to 200 guests
- Chateaux provided security is always required for groups over 200 guests at a cost of $25 per hour/per officer.
- New Years Eve is priced at the Saturday rate, Memorial Day and Labor Day priced at the Friday rate
