Deluxe Wedding Inclusive Package

This is an extremely inclusive option for groups of 100 or more, utilizing our most popular, trusted vendors. If you choose not to order an inclusive package, you may reserve the facility and select your own vendors. Additional holiday staffing charges apply for New Years Eve & July 4th.

The Deluxe Wedding Inclusive package includes exclusive use of our gorgeous facility, ceremony fee, rehearsal hour; tables, chairs, chair covers & sash OR Silver Chiavari chairs, layer linen package w/ napkin (16 colors to choose from); unlimited ice, sodas, juices, coffee service and mixers; all glassware, dishes and silverware; event manger and event planning assistance; candle centerpieces and a customized room set up.  We strongly recommend you provide your own alcohol as it is a huge value to you.

Catering

The catering included in this package is for half day (7.5 hours) or all day (9 hours).  This includes your choice of the below listed catering companies who will supply beautifully displayed delicious foods — all staff & bartender(s), gratuities, service fees, delivery and sales tax included.  Caterers can provide sample menus, however, you may completely customize your selections within the credit. You may call them or event planners from the catering companies will contact you, (very shortly after your booking is confirmed), to schedule a meeting and/or tasting to go over all of the specific details for your elegant event.

Photography

The photography in this package is either half day (6 hours) or all day (8 hours) and includes your choice of All Digital Photography, Armitage Photography, or Creative Focus Photography. Includes approximately 1,000 digital shots, small album and ownership of all digital images on DVD.  The photographer will contact you well in advance of your wedding to coordinate your photography needs and timeline.

Cake

A $550 Credit toward your choice of cakes at Nancy Best Cakes or The Cakehouse. This credit will cover most cakes either vendor offers.

Florist

A $1,200 credit toward your choice of flowers at Statice Floral or Petals from Heaven. This credit will normally include bouquets, corsages, boutonnières and perhaps one or two other arrangements depending on your flower selections (in or out of season etc.) Additional items may be purchased through your florist.

Disc Jockey

A very experienced DJ from A Music Plus or Elite DJ for ceremony music and event time. The DJ will contact you well before your event to personalize your musical selections, timelines, etc. The DJ can be there half day (4.5 hours) or all day (6.5 hours).

Videography

Videography in this package includes coverage by two highly recommended videographers from All Digital Photography, using three video cameras and wireless microphones. They are available half day (5 hours) or all day (7 hours). Three customized DVDs with your choice of music are included as well. The videographer will contact you well before (and after) your event to go over the specific details for your video.

Invitations:

Includes a $400 credit at Sarah Perkins Design. This credit will cover a custom design and printing for your invitations.

**If you are only interested in hosting your reception at the Chateaux, you may deduct $800 from the total price
