Wedding Inclusive Package

This is an extremely inclusive option for groups of 100 or more, utilizing our most popular and trusted vendors. You may reserve the facility and select your own vendors if you choose not to order an inclusive package. Additional holiday staffing charges will apply for New Years Eve & July 4th.

• All Day (12 hours) | $9,900 + Facility Fee

• *Add $56 per person (includes $18 Chateaux extra guest fee) for parties over 100

The Wedding Inclusive package includes exclusive use of our gorgeous facility, ceremony fee, rehearsal hour; tables, chairs, chair covers, upgraded linen package w/ napkin (16 colors to choose from); unlimited ice, sodas,  all glassware, dishes and silverware; event manger and event planning assistance;  and a customized room set up. We strongly recommend you provide your own alcohol as it is a huge value to you.

Catering

The catering included in this package is for half day (7.5 hours) or all day (9 hours) and includes your choice of the listed catering companies who will supply beautifully displayed delicious foods — all staff & bartender(s), gratuities, service fees, delivery and sales tax included. Each caterer can supply sample menus, however, you may completely customize your selections within the credit. You may call them, or event planners from the catering companies will contact you, (very shortly after your booking is confirmed), to schedule a meeting and/or tasting to go over all of the specific details for your elegant event.

Photographer

This package includes your choice of All Digital Photography , Armitage Photography , or Sarah Perkins Photo for a half day (5 hours) or a full day (7 hours). You receive over 750 digital images and ownership of all digital images on DVD. The photographer will contact you well in advance of your wedding to coordinate your photography needs and timeline.

Cake

A $450 Credit at Nancy Best Cakes or The Cakehouse is included. This credit will cover most cakes they offer.

Florist

A $950 credit at Petals from Heaven or Statice Floral is included. This credit will generally include bouquets, corsages, boutonnières and perhaps one or two other arrangements depending on your flower selections (in or out of season etc.) Additional items may be purchased through your florist.

Disc Jockey

One of the most requested, experienced DJs for event time and ceremony music is provided either half day (4.5 hours) or all day (6.5 hours).
The DJ will contact you well before your event to personalize your musical selections, timelines, etc.

*This package includes vendor gratuities — additional amounts for superior service are at your discretion
**If you are only interested in hosting your reception at the Chateaux, you may deduct $800 from the total price
