      "I just want you to know how incredible your staff is.  I was completely in awe with the professionalism and friendliness of absolutely everybody involved with Judi and Kory’s wedding. From the moment we walked in, in the blizzard…Tiffany was beyond amazing.  She never balked at anything we asked, even if it was a little bride-zilla’ish.  By the end of the evening, I think she was part of our family. Richie, in the kitchen, went out of his way to be helpful.  We brought our own trays to help hold people over during cocktail hour.  He helped keep them stocked and added trays to the smaller tables, since we had a large group.  When the truck arrived from Famous Dave’s, they were supposed to have brought enough staff to help put the food in the chafers.  Only one employee arrived, and Richie didn’t blink.  The food was out and dinner was served right on time. During dinner, the captain and staff kept things moving and had everybody in the buffet lines promptly.  There was never more than a few people in the line, and all the guests commented about how well everything went. Adam kept the bar running seamlessly.  His staff was fun and professional.  Nobody got out of hand, and the beer was cold. We have never had an event like this in our family.  I know you and your staff handle events like our regularly, but it is so nice to know that it can be done well with people who really seem to enjoy their jobs.  They all seemed to be just as excited as we were to be a part of our day. Thanks to you and your staff, in my mind, the wedding was perfect!  After two weeks, I still can’t think of a single thing I would have changed or a single problem we had that wasn’t solved within minutes.
