The Chateaux at Fox Meadows is an exclusive Quinceanera venue that provides you with a wide range of possibilities to make your dream day into a reality. We include a number of exclusive features in our Quinceanera event package, including quality food, great music, a personal photographer, flowers, security, and add-ons to customize your event to your unique tastes.
We offer our top quality Quinceanera venue in Broomfield, as well as providing a similar Quinceanera venue in Denver.
At the Chateaux at Fox Meadows, you will have exclusive use of:
The grounds and Quinceanera venue for up to four hours of event time
- An event manager to attend to your needs
- Colored lighting for perfect event photos
- Elegant white ceiling drapes
- Tables, chairs, and linens (over 30 color options)
- Dishes & silverware
- Changing rooms
Also included in the Quinceanera event package is a one-hour long private dance rehearsal for you and your party so that you can be fully prepared for your special day.
Catering by The Chateaux at Fox Meadows
The Chateaux at Fox Meadows Catering has a wide range of food options for people with a variety of tastes. We include an incredible dinner buffet by Tortillería Mixteca that is catered by our excellent staff. Your guests can choose from our Mexican Street Taco Bar, Fajita Bar, Mexican Street Flauta Bar, and our Tostada Bar.
Mexican Street Taco Bar
- 4” taco tortillas (2 per taco)
- 3 tacos per person
- Veggie calabacitas a la ratatouille
- Choice of two kinds of meat: Carnitas, pollo a la plancha, barbacoa, or bistek
- Onion, cilantro, jack cheese & arbol crema sauce
- Served with chips, salsa, and guacamole
Fajita Bar
- Fresh corn or flour tortillas (2 per person)
- Your choice of skirt steak or pollo a la plancha
- Onions & bell peppers
- Toppings include: Cabbage, jack cheese, arbol crema, avocado crema, molcajete salsa, and gazpacho style salsa
- Served with Spanish rice and refried beans
Mexican Street Flauta Bar
- Hand-rolled flautas in fresh tortillas (3 per person)
- Choice of two types of meat: Carnitas, pollo a la plancha, barbacoa, bistek, or papa
- Toppings include: Cabbage, jack cheese, arbol crema, avocado crema, molcajete salsa, and gazpacho style salsa
- Served with Spanish rice and refried beans
Tostada Bar
- Deep-fried corn tortillas (2 per person)
- Choice of two types of meat: Carnitas, pollo a la plancha, barbacoa, or bistek
- Toppings include: Cabbage, jack cheese, arbol crema, avocado crema, molcajete salsa, and gazpacho style salsa
- Served with chips, salsa, and guacamole
Desserts
- Chocolate fountain with dessert bits
- Cake and/or deserts by one of our three local bakeries: The Cakehouse, Button Rock Bakery, or Theme Party Creations
Beverage Credit
All beverages must be arranged and purchased through Celebration Beverage. You can purchase a $1,500 credit to use for unlimited ice and sodas, as well as personalized “mock-tails”, a frozen drink machine, and/or alcohol.
Music
For your Quinceanera, you can choose between several local bands to play live music or you can choose to have a DJ & emcee available to play all of your favorite songs during the event.
Photographer
Photos and memories are just as important as the day itself! After the event ends, you will receive incredible digital photographs that are all yours! During your Quinceanera, you will have exclusive use of two photographers for up to five hours. Photographers include All Digital, Creative Focus, Mischa Photography, or Booze Photography.
Flowers
As a part of your event package, you will receive a $1,500 floral credit with The Bloom Room to use towards your choice of flowers that match the theme and colors of your Quinceanera. The Bloom Room has a wide variety of flowers that are sure to please you and your guests.
Security
For the safety of you and your guests, two security officers will be provided to monitor the venue and parking lot areas.
Special Add-Ons
To create an event that is truly personalized to your tastes, you can add on any of these special features for your incredible Quinceanera:
- Extra hours of event time (including security, staff, and DJ) – $750 for each additional hour
- Upgrade to a full-day event (4 hours for set-up, 7 hours for the event, 1 hour for tear-down) – $2,000 + full-day facility fee of $500
- Photo booth (3 hours of use) – $850
- Videographer (3 hours of use) – $1,500
- Limo service (pick-up or drop-off) – $500
