Who should attend the walk through meeting?

Your event designer, your wedding planner (if applicable), and you will attend your walkthrough. Many guests will bring family members or friends who have been helping plan attend the meeting as well. This is a fun meeting, where we decide your tables, chairs, linen colors, as well as firm up your timeline & vendors.

Generally, we do not require you to bring any other vendors to this meeting.
